All three Yellowstone Lookout Homes are located on the banks of the mighty Yellowstone River. Each home offers a private fishing access, amazing River views, HOT TUB and wireless Internet! Plan your day of fishing or floating on the Yellowstone to begin or end right at your back door!

The homes are located approximately 20 miles South of Livingston, Montana in the gorgeous Paradise Valley. The magnificent North entrance to Yellowstone National Park is a short drive further South (it takes approximately 35 - 45 minutes).

All three Yellowstone Lookout Homes are located within 1/8 of a mile apart-an easy, short walk down a country lane. Between the three homes, up to 22 people can be accommodated.

Many guests use the Yellowstone Lookout homes as 'home bases' to see the sights in our entire area...Yellowstone Park, Grand Teton Park, the awesome Beartooth Highway, Bozeman, Livingston and more.

• The home has three bedrooms and two full baths. You'll find two queen size beds and bunk beds for 2 and one portable twin size mattress.
• The home can accommodate up to 6 guests (inquire about options for an additional person).
• The home comprises approximately 1,200 square feet.
• Enjoy your own HOT TUB on the riverside deck.
• Enjoy wireless Internet, 40" flat screen satellite TV/DVD/home theater system, TV/DVD in master bedroom, and an iPod docking station/AM/FM/CD player.

• This home has three bedrooms and three full baths. You'll find one king size bedroom with private bath, one queen size bed, one full bed, twin beds for three and one portable twin size mattress.
• This home can accommodate up to 8 guests (inquire about options for an additional person).
• The home comprises approximately 1,800 square feet.
• Enjoy your own HOT TUB on the lower riverside patio.
• Enjoy wireless Internet, 40" flat screen satellite TV/DVD/home theater system, TV/DVD in master bedroom, and an iPod docking station/AM/FM/CD player.

• This home has two bedrooms, a large sleeping loft and 2 bathrooms. You'll find one king size bed, one queen size bed, two full beds, and two twin beds.
• This home can accommodate up to 8 guests (inquire about options for an additional person).
• The home comprises approximately 1,950 square feet and was equipped with new furnishings in March 2010.
